As you know, when clients are ready to sell their home, they can be overwhelmed by the daunting tasks ahead of them (i.e. “How much do we need to do to get this house ready?!”) Using a professional home stager as part of your team gives them the assurance that you have anticipated this anxiety and have a solution. Staging Spaces will work with your clients in prioritizing the projects that should be completed before their house goes on the market. (It may not be as bad as they think!)

We meet with the seller a few days before the home is listed or before marketing photographs are taken. Our goal is to leave the home in prime showing shape.

Staging Consultation: $150 is the flat fee for staging an occupied home using the sellers own items. On average this takes up to 1.5 hrs ($25 per additional half hour). Real Estate professionals who want their listings to “pop” provide this service to their clients.
